This page does not list open roles. BEGHR recruits vets for veterinary employers. Send your resume and a recruiter will contact you when a search matches what you want.
For veterinarians
Are you a veterinarian, not an employer?
This site is for practices that are hiring. If you are a veterinarian considering your next role, send your resume to Business Executive Group and a recruiter will review it against current and upcoming searches.
Sending a resume is not an application to a named job and does not create an employment relationship. BEGHR shares your details with an employer only after you agree to it.
What tends to decide fit
Across searches, the things candidates most often raise are the same few. Being clear on them early avoids interviews that were never going to work.
- Define the clinical caseload and appointment schedule.
- Confirm the team, equipment and clinical support available.
- Agree compensation, interview ownership and an attainable start-date plan.
What to send
A recruiter can only act on what you actually tell them. Give enough that a role can be matched to you without a second round of questions.
- Your resume, the role you want and the geography you would work in.
- The states you hold a license in, and your availability.
- Anything that rules a role out, such as no overnights or no relocation.
Working in the Miami area
Downtown Miami is an area within the City of Miami. Coral Gables and Doral are separate municipalities. A Miami-Dade search should identify which municipality and hospital the doctor will actually attend.
See the Miami-area coverage →Verify Florida credentials before setting a clinical start.
Check the candidate's current Florida professional record and any restrictions with the licensing authority. Keep the verification date and assign responsibility for rechecking before clinical work begins. Check specialty credentials separately from the state license.

Send your resume
One central BEGHR candidate record covers every market in the network, so you only send it once. You choose whether BEGHR may share it with a named employer, and that answer is recorded with your consent.
